Brightside Property Care provides various property maintenance and cleaning services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices for our services are subject to change. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking or in the invoice provided.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
Brightside Property Care is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
